本项目已取得的研究结果包括一本学术专著，13篇SCI/SSCI论文，1篇中文CSSCI论文，2篇会议论文。

(一）专著：《家庭为本的中国老年照护者研究》

本项目围绕中国老年家庭照护的特征、过程和结果这一主题进行理论和实证文献的梳理，分析了不同失能阶段正式与非正式照护系统的互动类型，提出了老年家庭照护重点干预因素的整合分析框架。相应成果已形成一本专著。

(二) 本项目通过整合相关社会调查跟踪数据，刻画了2011-2018年间社区老年人失能发展轨迹，证实了慢病共病对于失能轨迹和家庭照护负担的预测能力，分析了老年夫妻二元失能进程的动态特征以及未满足照护需求对于健康后果的负面影响。基于相应成果的论文已发表于SCI/SSCI期刊。

(三)本项目结合使用微观社会调查面板数据和社区环境数据，构建多层次回归模型考察了跨层次和跨时间尺度的影响因素（包括居住环境、时期与队列、早年经历、社会参与、健康行为）对于中国老年人功能健康后果的预测能力。基于相应成果的论文已发表于SCI/SSCI/CSSCI期刊。

(四)本项目开发了一套以老年失能夫妻为单位的生态瞬时评估流程，使用该流程在长沙收集到了首批社区老年夫妻日常照护压力与二元应对的密集纵向配对数据，对老年夫妻的日常二元压力应对过程进行了深入研究，识别了老年夫妻在不同失能阶段的二元应对特征和内外部资源以及不同类型二元应对方式的健康影响。相应成果已形成数篇研究论文（部分已发表于SCI/SSCI期刊）。
